Senior Account Executive ANZ (m/f/d)
Our business unit Enterprise Solutions offers consulting and end-to-end hotel management solutions to more than 3,000 corporate businesses globally. These include professional procurement, search and book, rate audit, payment and intergation into expense systems. Today we services over 35% of the world's Fortune 500 companies and continue to grow rapidly.
We are looking for a highly talented, Sydney-based Senior Account Executive (m/f/d) to lead the management and negotiations for some of our most important customers across Australasia. You will have a deep understanding on the value of strategic partnerships founded primarily in complex solution industries such as cloud services, professional services and financial services.
Your challenges
- Extend a professional account management experience to our most important customers, delivering them strategic value at all times
- Manage and lead negotiations with local accounts and find new ways to support customers' travel processes and increase share of wallet
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive value to them through the penetration of HRS solutions
- Acquire new local accounts and ensure new customers experience a seamless and successful transition to HRS
- Identify additional local leads and evaluate them together with leadership
- A self-starter thats fully accountable for his/her own actions
- Work together with Account Support Management to provide support to customers, being the key contact for customers and fully responsible for them
- Maintain a high level of product portfolio knowledge and the benefits for customers as well as other relevant information such as market trends, strategy, competitors, pricing.
Your commitment
• A bachelor degree or above
• Several years working experience in successfully complex solution selling within the B2B industry either in SaaS, FinTech and/or consulting environments
• Solid knowledge of the travel industry
• Very strong analytics, i.e. able to analyze complex data and to draw relevant conclusions
• Strong competence in relationship management, esp. sales and acquisition, initiating positive contact, acting convincingly (e.g., in negotiations), showing good communication skills, behaving professionally, using consultative selling techniques to close on leads and opportunities, owning and concluding contract negotiations
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to discuss matters with senior employees of customers at eye level
• A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
