We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic EMEA-based Consultant – Customer Implementations (m/f/d) for our team of Rollout Experts. This position can be located in one of our EMEA offices (Cologne, Berlin, Paris, London, Warsaw)


Your challenge

  • Support RfP processes and customer pitches as a trusted advisor for HRS solution roll-out into the Travel Management Company (TMC) and Online Booking Tool (OBT) landscape of customers
  • Create sales collateral and support material for HRS Corporate Sales and Account Management with respect to HRS in the Search & Book channels  
  • Lead multi-disciplined project streams across different countries through the full life cycle of project delivery
  • Manage and influence project sponsors and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are understood and achieved
  • Consult our corporate customers by managing OBT site reviews, creating recommendations to optimize this channel
  • Steer and drive professionalization of Search & Book customer implementations within HRS
  • Innovate and continuously improve the entire implementation lifecycle

Your commitment

  • A professional with sound experience in B2B travel industry, TMC systems, front, mid and back-office, OBE parametrization and integration into TMC systems
  • Strong consultative sales skills and drive
  • Excellent knowledge of OBTs, especially Concur and Cytric
  • Very strong multi-project management skills
  • Skilled in collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams    
  • High analytical competence and the ability to find useful facts, to analyze complex data and to draw relevant conclusions
  • Being used to work with tight deadlines, managing customer expectations as well as internal resources
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
