The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is based on the Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of and HOTEL.DE that transform into much more than “just” a platform: BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s safe, sustainable and upgraded travel experience. The primary purpose of BTC is to create loyalty between HRS and its customers. We envision a Prime like system for Business Travelers, where members get on “golden handcuffs” in exchange for superior benefits and services. Thus, the Club and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market.


We are looking for an Account Executive (m/f/d) to join our BTC procurement team on supply side.  Your job will be to manage hotel procurement projects from benchmarking analytics to acquisition of new hotel partners as well as the loyalization of existing ones. This will require a hands-on approach, combined with technical competence and excellent partner management to drive engagement and measures such as building strong, trust-based partnerships.


  • Support the HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) by identifying areas of growth and source the needs & future needs of our customers from our hotel  partners
  • Support a constant fueling of the pipeline with strategically generating new qualified leads
  • Inspire others to achieve result that exceed what was believed to be possible.
  • Negotiating with new customers and agreeing the terms of cooperation.
  • Identifying new opportunities for the company and contributing to the conception of new product ideas.
  • Supported by our marketing team, you will strengthen the positioning and awareness of our brand & product portfolio in the market.


  • A successfully completed degree in economics or tourism or comparable certificate.
  • Strong communication and persuasive skills as well as negotiation skills.
  • A structured, independent, data driven and goal-oriented working style - focusing on fast and flawless execution
  • Good instinct about travel industry trends, competitive offers and potentials
  • Quick comprehension, initiative as well as high commitment and ability to work under pressure.
  • Enjoy advising, selling and dealing with people.
  • Experience with CRM tools
  • Enjoyment and understanding of technical contexts and the e-commerce business.
  • You are highly motivated, have a team spirit and hands-on mentality.
  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written.

The position can be based in our offices in Cologne, Nürnberg and Berlin but also can be primarily home office based.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
