We are looking for an Intern - Hotel Solutions (all genders) based in São Paulo to join our Hotel Solutions team and provide the best quality of support to our hotel partners, and help the team do so to improve our partners' experience.


  • Support our Hotel Success Management team in different projects
  • Provide phone (inbound and outbound calls) and written support to our hotel partners on issues regarding the best way they can market themselves via HRS, and proactively monitoring bookings
  • Process incoming emails in Portuguese and sometimes in English as well.


  • Student in the field of tourism, business, sales, or equivalent
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (to be able to create and work protected files, structured tables and working with online/collaborative sheets)
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured 
  • Ability of paying attention to details without losing focus on the daily goals defined
  • Strong communication skills in English required, both written and spoken


The internship is from Monday to Friday, 6 hours a day (+30 min break) in a hybrid regime with face-to-face work up to four days a week. All necessary equipment is provided by the company. Internship Scholarship, Internet Assistance, Meal Voucher and Transportation Voucher. Office headquarters on Paulista Avenue
