We are the People Solutions Team, a diverse and international team of people heroes driving all employee lifecycle topics for the HRS Group. We love to make it happen for our tribe of intrapreneurs and always think from the customer when developing new HR products.
POSITION
We are looking for a Senior Talent Sourcer (all genders) who will be part of our global TA team and take sourcing to the next level — designing strategies, building scalable talent pipelines, and mentoring peers while directly shaping how we attract top talent worldwide. This role goes far beyond filling jobs: you’ll source across continents (from the Americas to Asia-Pacific) and across functions (from AI Engineers to VP-level GTM leaders), giving you exposure to the full spectrum of talent challenges in a truly global tech company. The role will report into the Director of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding.
CHALLENGE
- Lead sourcing strategies: Design and execute creative, data-driven approaches to reach top talent across markets.
- Build pipelines at scale: Develop, nurture, and continuously improve strategic talent pools aligned to HRS’s future needs.
- Act as a market expert: Share insights on talent availability, competitor trends, and sourcing best practices with recruiters and hiring managers.
- Enable the team: Mentor peers, introduce new tools and techniques, and uplift sourcing capability across the TA function.
- Measure impact: Use data and metrics to optimize funnel effectiveness and drive better hiring outcomes.

- Solid track record in talent sourcing, ideally across multiple regions and functions.
- Strong command of sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean, CRM/ATS) and curiosity to explore new ones.
- Strategic mindset as you don’t just execute a single search, you build systems and scalable approaches.
- Skilled communicator who can engage senior talent and influence hiring teams.
- Fluent in English, German languages will be considered as a plus.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
Flexible setup: work on-site in Berlin, Cologne or fully remote from anywhere in Europe with regular trips to HQ in Cologne. The attractive remuneration is in line with the local market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
