HRS' Product Management department is a critical function in driving the success of the company's Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. The department collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy, and prioritizes features using analytics and data to meet business goals and deliver an exceptional experience for stakeholders.
Product Managers at HRS own the program backlog, define product increments and releases, and are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, pricing, licensing, and ROI. They possess strong business and technical knowledge, as well as excellent communication and prioritization skills.
The department operates based on HRS' leadership principles, putting the customer view first and striving for customer success over commercial success. They must also have an up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and technologies and be comfortable presenting their ideas to internal stakeholders.


We are looking for a Vice President of Product Management ProcureTech (all gender) to join the product leadership team. In your proactive nature, you lead the product strategy, design and implementation of HRS’ procure-tech offering, lead day-to-day product development and support our global team to deliver relevant and high-quality product experiences to our demanding customer base. 


  • Take full ownership of the ProcureTech value proposition, focusing on enabling digital automation to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance decision-making for our large-scale, multinational clients, covering everything from spend analytics to supplier engagement. 
  • Develop and lead the strategic positioning of the e-procurement and content-sourcing platform.  
  • Guide the evolution of the platform into a leading AI-based lodging and meetings procurement solution, ensuring it is scalable and a commercially relevant Saas offering. 
  • Manage the P&L for our ProcureTech platform, make strategic investment decisions, and target exponential growth opportunities. 
  • Collaborate closely with product marketing, UX design, product operations, and our technical architects to scale the platform globally and leverage cutting-edge technology.  
  • Continually adapt and communicate the product strategy, adjust team backlogs, and represent the product roadmap at events and meetings. 
  • Proactively engage in strategic cross-platform development with our TravelTech and FinTech verticals, integrating performance and experience propositions within the HRS procure-to-reclaim value chain, particularly focusing on managed e-commerce booking channels and our innovative payment solutions. 
  • Keep clients, partners, and teams updated with the latest industry knowledge and competitive solutions. 
  • Hire top candidates and coach the team to continuously raise the bar. 


  • Several years of proven experience in the strategic development and positioning of Online Procurement or Real-time Bidding solutions leveraging data-driven strategies, AI-powered process automation and integrations with external systems via APIs. 
  • Experience in creating highly engaging products that foster lasting user connections by leveraging human-centered design, celebrating achievements, incorporating gratitude experiences, utilizing AI-enabled interactions, optimizing metrics-driven funnels, gathering user feedback, conducting product experiments and A/B testing, and implementing process automation. 
  • Experience in developing concepts and leading the development execution of market-leading SaaS product offerings. 
  • Excellent leadership and coaching skills.  
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to inspire prospects and effectively pitch the HRS value proposition to the market. Proven public speaking experience is essential. In other words, be a great storyteller! 
  • Skilled in working within a matrix organization to build momentum and successfully drive strategic initiatives that impact the entire company.  
  • Skilled in analyzing and understanding customer situations by interpreting large amounts of data and identifying trends while linking to solutions. 
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
