POSITION

We are looking for a Berlin or Munich based HR Manager (all genders) in full or part-time working in a hybrid working model to truly partner with our business unit teams, bring it to the next performance level as well as engage and further develop our colleagues.

CHALLENGE

  • Work proactively together with our business unit leadership teams

  • Enhance the fact and KPI driven exchange with the business unit to identify areas for improvement 

  • Review and further develop structures to establish a leading people organization and drive business performance 

  • Lead and manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions  

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of business administration and/or  Human Resources Management  
  • Several years (>3) experience as HR business partner with a strong tech and business focus  
  • Familiarity with dynamic tech solution work environments and agile methods  
  • Ability to deeply engage with our colleagues of all levels  
  • Strong competence in moderation of critical dialogues  
  • Excellent knowledge in German labor law  
  • Focus on fast and flawless execution   
  • A structured, independent and goal-oriented working style 
  • Fluency in German and English, spoken and written  
  • Manage potential conflict cases and labor law related actions   
  • Closely cooperate with all other People Solution functions to ensure state of the art HR standards and services as well as an enabling employee experience

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
