BUSINESS UNIT

HRS Growth Marketing department is a critical function in driving the success of the company's Lodging-as-a-Service (LaaS) platform. The department collaborates with cross-functional teams to define the Growth Marketing Vision, roadmap, and strategy, and prioritizes campaigns using analytics and data to meet business goals and deliver an exceptional experience for stakeholders.

POSITION

We are seeking for a campaign manager to plan and execute campaigns in Outreach

CHALLENGE

  • Campaign Execution: Coordinate and oversee the execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns in the tool Outreach
  • Strategic Planning: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Budget Management: Set and manage campaign budgets efficiently.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners for seamless execution.
  • Content Development: Collaborate on creating compelling and consistent campaign content.
  • Audience Segmentation: Segment the user base to come up with the best campaign strategy
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics.
  • Reporting: Generate insightful reports on campaign performance.
  • Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

•    Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM Tool Outreach (Braze/MSDynamics), Email marketing, adwords, and MS Office, especially Excel. Experience with           Marketing automation tools like MsDynamics or Hubspot is also beneficial. 
•    Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and trends to inform campaign strategies.  
•    Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to convey ideas and results effectively.  
•    Creativity: Ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns.
