POSITION

In our globally operating team “Learning, Development & Culture”, we are looking for a Learning and Development Manager(m/f/d) who is building and continuously enhancing the career development framework for our Tech Hubs, ensuring our teams are always equipped with all needed future skills and support our mission to create a work place to learn and grow. 

  This role focuses on the development and implementation of a robust Learning & Development (L&D) strategy encompassing leadership, behavioral and job-related training to enhance employee skills and align with business objectives/goals in India and Vietnam. Further, the ideal candidate knows how to map clear career paths for each role conceptually, establishes measurable skill metrics and implements targeted training programs, including monitoring and adjustment for progress.

CHALLENGE

  • Design and implement structured career paths based on a competence framework for all relevant roles within the Product & Tech organization, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee aspirations. 
  • Build and execute a holistic Tech Training curriculum tailored to the competencies required for each role, leveraging internal resources and external partnerships to provide diverse learning opportunities. 
  • Develop and implement assessment tools such as competency-based evaluations and performance reviews to measure employee skills, track progress, and provide constructive feedback for continuous improvement. 
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify future skills required for various roles within the company. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop training programs and learning paths that address these evolving skill needs. 
  • Integrate future skills identified through research into the career framework and training curriculum, ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary competencies to thrive in a rapidly changing technological landscape. 
  • Foster a culture of coaching and continuous feedback to enhance employee performance and relationships. 
  • Work closely with all areas in the People Solutions (HR) department and the Global L&D Chapter 
  • Use and understand data and performance KPIs and build actionable Dashboards together with our Data analysts. 
  • You base your consultancy on facts and figures and give data-driven insights to leaders. 
     

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

 

  •  8-12 years of working experience in HR /Learning and Development with a focus on Performance Management and Career architectures in IT/Tech/Software and/or Consulting Industry 
  • A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of business psychology. 
  • You are a continuous learner, and you are keen on being top of your subject matter, following trends in the industry and are resilient in the VUCA world. 
  • A data driven profile who is also commercially minded, with strong analytical skills  
  • Eager to learn and not afraid to fail 
  • Excellent planning & organization and project management skills 
  • Excellent communication skills up, down and across the organization 
  • Highly developed presentation and facilitation skills with ability to operate at all levels of the organization and to engage people online and offline 
  • Keep informed of industry best practices 
  • Superb Project Management skills 
  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish 
  • Able to self-analyze failures and put required solutions in place in order to improve 
  • Passionate and dedicated about playing a meaningful role in a company’s ambition to create a great place to learn and grow for our employees 
  • Fluency in English (both verbal and written)

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
