BUSINESS UNIT
The HRS Data & Analytics Platform is one of the key enablers of HRS GROUP's tech- and data driven business travel solutions. State of the art services and solutions like strategic consulting & hotel procurement, travel payment and expense solutions or efficient tools to manage corporate meetings and group booking facilitate the travel processes and guarantee savings along the value chain.
Around 50 Data Specialists (Analysts, Scientists and Engineers) work together in our Data Community to create analytics solutions that serve our corporate customers, hotel partners, internal stakeholders, and ultimately millions of business travelers worldwide.
HRS Data & Analytics leverage a rich data landscape (spend data, booking data, rate data, web analytics data, etc.) turning raw data into actionable insights to provide (semi-) automated decision support to customers and business stakeholders with advanced analytical solutions. We bring state-of-the-art algorithms in production, to enhance Search & Booking experience (with personalized recommendations), or optimize the corporate hotel portfolio to the objectives of customers and the needs of the travelers.

POSITION
We are seeking a results-driven and customer-focused Product Manager to lead data and AI product initiatives from our Chandigarh/ Mohali office and reporting to HRS HQ. The candidate will act as the leader of a cross-functional team, delivering impactful data and AI solutions that solve real user problems. The candidate will define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data and AI products, ensuring alignment with customer and organizational goals. Prioritize and manage the backlog for the data and AI teams, balancing business impact, technical feasibility, and user needs. In doing so, the candidate knows and loves working with project management tools (such as Jira or Asana). This is a role with high visibility to senior leadership and high opportunity for impact that requires a strategic thinker with a passion for leveraging data and AI to create innovative products that drive measurable outcomes.
CHALLENGE
- Deeply understand customer pain points, opportunities, and the competitive landscape to inform product direction. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, data-AI, design) to prototype, test, and validate ideas before scaling.
- Define and articulate a clear, compelling vision for data and AI products that aligns with the company’s broader mission. Develop a roadmap grounded in customer outcomes, business impact, and technological feasibility.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, experimentation, and continuous improvement. Partner with engineering and product teams to build scalable, high-quality solutions that deliver on user needs.
- Leverage data to inform decisions, track success metrics, and identify areas for improvement in the product lifecycle. Advocate for robust instrumentation and analytics to ensure products deliver actionable insights to users.
- Lead the design and deployment of AI-powered features and tools that enhance decision-making, automation, and personalization. Stay abreast of advancements in AI/ML and explore their applicability to solve user problems or unlock new opportunities.
- Drive a culture of learning and iteration by conducting regular experiments and incorporating user feedback into the product development process. Challenge assumptions and champion a “build, measure, learn” mindset to achieve better outcomes.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- Several years of experience as a Product Manager, Business Analyst or similar roles, preferably with a focus on data or AI-driven products. 2.
- Proven track record of shipping impactful products using customer-centric and outcome-driven practices with emphasis on discovery before development. Strong understanding of data concepts, including analytics, KPIs, ETL pipelines, data modeling and LLMs.
- Proficiency with tools like JIRA, Asana, Confluence, or similar for backlog management and documentation.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy, Superset), data platforms (e.g., Oracle, DB2, Exasol or similar) and large language models like llama.
- Cloud Environments like AWS, CGP or Azure.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams and communicate complex data/AI concepts to non-technical audiences. Analytical mindset with a passion for solving complex problems through data. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Fluency in English is a must.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
