About the role

We are hiring a (Senior) Product Manager to join our Copilot platform team. Copilot is HRS’s AI - driven intelligence and automation layer for enterprise travel programs. It enables global organizations to achieve measurable improvements in savings, quality, sustainability, and compliance - while reducing manual effort for Travel Leaders.

 

A critical driver of this value is intelligent personalization and matchmaking: aligning enterprise objectives with traveler behavior in real time to influence booking decisions, reduce leakage, increase program adoption, and improve repeat usage. 

 

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own and evolve key personalization capabilities within Copilot and Connect. Your mission is to transform data, behavioral insights, and enterprise targets into relevant, timely, and scalable product experiences that drive both customer goal achievement and commercial impact. 

 

This role sits at the intersection of AI, behavioral design, enterprise SaaS, and monetization. 

What you will own

  • Define and drive product strategy for personalization and matchmaking capabilities that directly impact:
    • Customer Goal Reach (savings, quality, sustainability)
    • Low Manual Touch through intelligent automation
    • Adoption and repeat usage in the booking experience
  • Translate enterprise objectives and behavioral insights into scalable product mechanisms that influence traveler decisions in real time
  • Increase managed channel adoption and preferred program usage through intelligent ranking, guidance, and nudging capabilities
  • Design and measure end - to - end personalization loops: insight → recommendation → behavior change → measurable outcome
  • Lead continuous discovery to validate behavioral hypotheses and mitigate value, usability, and business risks early
  • Instrument and optimize use - journey metrics, focusing on conversion, repurchase rate, and share of wallet
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and Go - to - Market teams to ensure personalization capabilities translate into real adoption and measurable impact
  • Drive launches and experiments through A/B testing, feature flags, staged rollouts, and clear success criteria
  • Operate outcome - focused Weekly Business Reviews that link product work directly to customer targets and commercial performance

What you bring

Product Craft

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, platform, or AI - enabled products
  • Strong problem framing and structured prioritization
  • Experience driving behavioral change through product mechanisms
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity while delivering iterative value

 

Personalization & Data Fluency

  • Experience with recommendation systems, behavioral segmentation, ranking logic, or data - driven personalization
  • Strong understanding of product analytics, experimentation, and performance optimization
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with data science teams without operating as a model owner

 

Commercial & Strategic Thinking

  • Clear understanding of how personalization drives adoption, retention, and revenue
  • Ability to connect product improvements to share of wallet, repeat usage, and expansion potential
  • Experience working in enterprise SaaS environments

 

Execution & Leadership

  • Experience working deeply in cross - functional Product Trios
  • Strong written communication and narrative skills
  • Ownership mindset with bias toward measurable outcomes
  • Ability to align global stakeholders across product, engineering, and commercial functions
