BUSINESS UNIT
With a customer centric approach and following a modern technology-driven, API first approach the Content and Curation Product Management team strives to provide travelers the relevant curated properties with an automated management of portfolio, providing best in class hotel content through APIs and direct connectivity, thus maximizing content coverage, availability and competitiveness in the HRS booking channels.
The function of the Content and Curation Product team (within the Procure Tech organization) is to provide full access to global supplier inventory in line with the Traveller's expectation of a one stop shop for all hotel related content as well as in line with corporate policies and company strategies.
POSITION
We're seeking a dynamic Product Manager to join our Content and Curation Product Management Unit (PDC&C) in our Chandigarh/Mohali Tech Hub. In this role, you'll take the customer view and become the CEO of the products to create and bring to fruition the future outlook of the Content and Curation products that will increase HRS competitiveness and deliver customer value, positive and enhance bottom-line impact with an E2E perspective of the products and their impacts for the customer, HRS and supplier partners.
You`ll closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage and enhance our portfolio of customer-facing products. Your key responsibilities will include gathering and analyzing customer feedback and KPIs to drive improvements, working with Business, Engineering, Data, Operations, Finance, Customer Service, and Digital Operations teams to streamline processes and enhance product value.
You'll focus on high-impact developments and automation of processes to improve customer satisfaction while reducing costs. As a strategic partner, you'll navigate the commercial landscape, ensuring products meet both customer needs and profitability goals. This role offers a chance to lead product development initiatives, prioritize projects based on data-driven insights, and contribute to a dynamic work environment with competitive compensation and benefits
CHALLENGE
Responsibilities:
• Define the “Why” and the “What” for product creation or enhancement.
• Understand market trends and customer needs to develop relevant products.
• Manage relationships with key external partners.
• Assess the competitive landscape and hotel technology:
• Identify competitive services, business models, and functionalities.
• Determine which developments would enhance HRS's competitive edge.
• Identify unique opportunities to differentiate HRS.
• Prioritize product development to reduce competitive gaps and leap forward.
Manage Product Management Opportunities and Roadmap:
• Create Customer Oriented products and aligned with market and strategic needs.
• Ensure products and developments have solid business cases, address customer needs, and align with strategic objectives.
• Manage stakeholders and communicate strategic alignment.
• Define clear use cases, KPIs, Development charters, Capability tickets, Enablers, and Features.
• Coordinate with Engineering teams and guide them on strategic initiatives.
• Connect needs of multiple stakeholders and align requirements.
Project Ownership:
• Communicate project status and benefits organization-wide.
• Provide comprehensive documentation upon project completion.
Communication:
• Clearly communicate the “Why” and the “What” to Engineering teams.

Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in product management in general or in the Travel and Hospitality industry,
- Customer-centric orientation and value creation mindset
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or technology preferred
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using technologies
- Committed to achieving excellent results
- Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Effective stakeholder management skills

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
