POSITION

In the responsible position of Hotel Account Manager the future position holder is responsible for both the corporate hotel program optimization (book ability & compliance of the hotel program, increase of corporate business) and the analysis and reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for key hotel partners in the respective region. 
As Hotel Account Manager you take on the responsibility to plan, implement and execute strategies and initiatives with your hotel partner and at the same time elevate and boost our revenue streams. 
The position is considered as an important interface between the requirements and needs of our corporate customers and hotel partners. You collaborate closely with the enterprise and procurement department to achieve an outstanding customer experience.
As direct report to the Head of Sales you’ll hold an important role managing and developing key hotel partner relationships.

CHALLENGE

  • Take full responsibility on the hotel partner development in your respective region
  • You recommend platform products to your hotel partner based on their individual needs
  • Describe platform products and explain their benefits and uses to hotel partner
  • Communicate with hotel partner in person, by phone and by email to understand their needs
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HRS Group various tech products and services
  • Establish and nurture relationships with hotel partner to facilitate sales
  • Extract, analyze and interpret data from different sources to help hotel partner understand how platform products can help them achieve their goals
  • Complete administrative tasks, such as processing and recording sales (CRM)
  • You advise and train your hotel partner on HRS systems and applications

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • One to two year of experience in a relevant area of solution selling, business studies / degrees an advantage
  • A commercially driven profile who is also data minded, with good analytical skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations in German and English language
  • Familiarity with relevant industry software, including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics
  • Superb thinking to provide creative solutions that address the hotel partner needs
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills to support cross-functional success in delivering results
  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish
  • Strong negotiation skills, time management and prioritization skills to meet deadlines and close sales in timely manner
  • Interpersonal skills and comfort with meeting new people on a daily basis
  • The innate drive to do things better. Strong problem-solving skills, creativity to develop new possibilities and processes
  • Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail
  • Able to self-analyses failures and put required solutions in place in order to improve
  • Structured and independent way of working, paired with a high degree of initiative and responsibility

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
