POSITION

As an Enterprise Account Manager (all genders), you will be the trusted partner to our existing top-tier corporate customers within a specific industry vertical. Working closely with a dedicated team focused on the same vertical, you will develop deep expertise in the unique travel needs of your customers and deliver tailored HRS solutions that maximize business value and enhance traveler satisfaction. 

CHALLENGE

  • Strategic Account Growth: Drive revenue from enterprise customers by aligning HRS solutions with their travel strategies, managing an existing portfolio within one industry vertical. Leverage structured sales methods (e.g., MEDDPICC) to qualify leads, manage pipelines, and execute targeted cross-sell and upsell strategies that expand account value, deepen client relationships, and deliver scalable growth. 
  • Customer Success & Delivery: Ensure smooth implementation and daily operation of HRS solutions tailored to each industry. Lead project rollouts, support contract negotiations, and continuously optimize clients’ travel programs using HRS technology and best practices. 
  • Relationship Management: Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in target verticals. Position HRS as a trusted advisor by delivering value, strengthening collaboration, and identifying new opportunities for account expansion. 
  • Performance & Insights: Track key metrics, solution usage, and customer behavior to surface insights and opportunities. Provide clear, timely updates to both clients and internal teams to support ongoing improvement and alignment with strategic goals.  
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the main connection between enterprise clients and HRS teams globally. Coordinate with international colleagues to ensure seamless service, consistent standards, and successful delivery across regions. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Experience: Several years of experience in B2B enterprise account management, ideally within large enterprise environments. Focused on growing and retaining existing customer relationships through a consultative sales approach. Industry experience in Travel, Procurement, Fintech, SaaS, payments, or similar software-driven sectors. Skilled in using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar) to drive account expansion and long-term value. 
  • Domain Expertise: Strong technical understanding and commercial acumen to manage complex account needs. Advanced analytical skills to interpret customer data, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and optimize account performance using CRM systems. 
  •  Communication and Influence: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at all organizational levels, including C-Level. Trusted advisor with proven stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities. 
  • Drive and Adaptability: Highly self-motivated and customer-focused. Thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and a track record of driving account growth and customer satisfaction. 
  •  Language: Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
