Controller (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Cologne based Controller (m/f/d) to join a team of dedicated controllers in a dynamic, fast moving, and international organisation.
Your challenges
- Performance monitoring of our German and international business
- Deviation analysis as well as development, implementation and follow-up of performance-enhancing measures
- Partner and at the same time challenger of managing directors in the countries and all relevant business functions in Headquarters
- Preparation of budget, forecasts and period closing as well as creation of the corresponding management reporting
- Support the annual strategic planning process
- Initiate and drive the development and implementation of state-of-the-art tools in our Business Unit Controlling
- Be part in cross-departmental projects and initiatives
- Actively support the development of the Controlling organization, methods, tools and processes
Your commitment
- Ability to quickly build credibility and trust with all levels in an organization
- Good knowledge of controlling tools and processes
- Studies completed in accounting, finance or relevant field is preferred
- Several years of experience as business unit controller or in a similar position in an international company
- Hands-on mentality, attention to detail, strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability and pragmatism
- Strong knowledge of Excel, Management Information System and ERP systems (SAP knowledge is a plus)
- Fluency in German and English, spoken and written
