POSITION

We are looking for a passionate, customer driven Head of Growth Marketing (all genders), reporting to our CMO. Our fast-paced environment requires an outcome driven and self-organized marketer with a track record of selling SaaS services in the B2B segment. You will lead the main acquisition channels of industry events, Websites and master the CRM Campaigns to drive business growth. This includes a strong ability to lead and partner across functions such as Product, Technology, customer facing Supply management and Distribution.

CHALLENGE

  • Prospecting and lead generation, targeted and personalized outreach to deliver high quality leads as well as optimizing marketing strategies.
  • Lead a Marketing team of practice experts B2B Event Management, Content Marketing and Product Marketing
  • Develop a strong raport with Sales and use Sales Steering to build and maintain a healthy sustainable pipeline.
  • Facilitate the collaboration amongst Growth, Product, Data and Marketing to align on the vision while supporting the execution.
  • Drive effectiveness and define the overall funnel while owning the lead gen metrics throughout each stage.
  • Build the proper attribution models and tracking infrastructure to make it scalable.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process from concept and running campaigns, to reporting and learnings, with support from your team members who will implement your strategy through email marketing, newsletters, and website landing pages.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Experience - Several years of proven experience in driving product revenue growth, SAAS and/or B2B organization. Experience in paid marketing through successfully orchestrated paid programs within the B2B, SaaS and enterprise offerings.
  • Adaptability and Innovation - Ability to work within a fast-paced, evolving environment while embracing change and driving innovation.
  • Domain Expertise -Test & learn mindset with the hunger to optimize campaigns and processes. Extensive experience with Google, LinkedIn as well as knowledge of effective landing pages along with the content that drives results which moves prospects through the funnel.
  • You think and act as an “Intrapreneur” with strong analytical skills, a strong sense of responsibility and ambition to actively shape the market.
  • Problem-Solving and Creativity - Expert problem solver with the capabilities to develop new possibilities and processes.
  • Personal Attributes - Empathy, authenticity, integrity, commitment, resilience, and respectfulness towards all stakeholders.
  • Language Skills - Fluent in German

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The position can be based in proximity to one of our offices in Cologne or Munich or primarily remote based.
