POSITION

As an Enterprise Account Executive (all genders), you will play a key role in acquiring and developing new logos within a specific industry vertical.  

CHALLENGE

  • Enterprise Customer Acquisition & Relationship Management: Target and win high-value enterprise customers by understanding their strategic goals and building trusted, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders (C-Level and beyond) in Travel & Spend Management.
  • Consultative, Insight-Led Sales: Develop tailored value propositions using data-driven analysis and market knowledge. Collaborate cross-functionally to design scalable, industry-specific solutions and ensure seamless onboarding.
  • Market Intelligence & Strategic Pipeline Management: Monitor competitor activity, market shifts, and evolving customer needs to anticipate demand. Own your pipeline and forecasting with accurate CRM data to drive informed business decisions.
  • Entrepreneurial Ownership: Act with full accountability over your accounts, independently driving strategic growth initiatives and delivering results with an entrepreneurial mindset. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Experience: Solid experience in B2B enterprise sales, ideally with large enterprise customers, using a consultative approach. Several years of commercial experience in Travel-, Procure-, Fintech, SaaS, payments, or similar software-driven industries, focusing on high-level executive engagement and strategic selling. Confident in applying structured sales methodologies (e.g. MEDDPICC or similar) to identify customer pain points, decision-making processes and stakeholders.
  • Domain Expertise: Strong network and solid technical expertise relevant to complex sales cycles. Holistic understanding of client goals, including digitization, automation, sustainability, security, innovation, system integration, data protection, and workforce philosophy.
  • Vision and Execution: Strategic mindset with a hands-on attitude, proactively developing and executing new business strategies in a fast-paced environment. Data-driven approach with expertise in analyzing complex customer data and integrating CRM tools into daily workflows. Resilient, managing tight deadlines while maintaining customer satisfaction and aligning internal resources.
  • Problem-Solving and Creativity: Strong negotiation skills and a solution-oriented mindset. Ability to deliver creative, value-driven solutions that address customer objections and result in mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Personal Attributes: Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage, influence, and build credibility at all organizational levels, including executive and C-level stakeholders. Strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Language: Business fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
