We are looking for a Cologne based Financial Process Manager (m/f/d) to join our team of dedicated professionals.

 

Your challenges 

  • Driving projects within our commercial operations team for billing, accounts receivable and contracts
  • Building the target operating model of our Order-to-cash process process chain
  • Driving team collaboration 
  • Finding solutions for the implementation and automation of new services 
  • Optimizing processes with respect to interfacing units and functions (esp. accounting) 
  • Closely cooperate with an international team

 

Your commitment 

  • Hands on mentality with strong affinity to Data, Structures, Processes and Systems in a highly complex environment
  • Degree in business administration, Accounting/Finance, STEM (Science, technology, engineering, and mathematics) or related fields
  • Several years of professional experience in finance process design and optimization ideally in the CFO business unit context or a consulting company
  • Excellent project management skills and a proven track record of successfully conducted projects with the focus on automating and digitizing former manual processes
  • Fluency in English and German
  • Strong competence in communication and relationship management
  • Good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Good Microsoft Office skills. Knowledge in PowerQuery, PowerPivot, PowerBI or Microstrategy is a plus.
  • Good knowledge of ERP Systems (ideally SAP and Microsoft Dynamics Navision) and BPMN process modelling systems (e.g. Gliffy, Camunda BPM, or Bizagi) or Workflow systems (ITIL)
