We are looking for a Germany based Global Corporate Client Manager (m/f/d) to change the world of business travel with us! Your task will be to lead our global strategic accounts and turn our customer´s trust in customer´s success.

 

Your challenges:

  • Be the lead of HRS projects for our "top of the top" global corporate customers. Become the key contact and a trusted advisor
  • Lead large multidisciplinary teams on the implementation projects. Take ownership of the roll out of global customers across all regions and key markets
  • Play crucial role in our business with high exposure to our key stakeholders
  • Become one of the core people shaping HRS customer strategy
  • Take the responsibility and manage the entire P&L for your accounts. Ensure maximum HRS buy-in across regions and drive long term results
  • Be the key contact and trusted advisor to our customer´s top global executives
  • Bridge the gap between complexity and simplicity. Based on customer data find intelligent ways to support our customers´ travel processes and increase their program adoption

 

Your commitment

  • Several years of working consulting or account management experience from SaaS industry, Professional Services or from Start-up environment (a knowledge of B2B travel industry is a plus, but not necessary)
  • Solutions-selling experience. An ability to consult and sell a vision of tailor-made solution 
  • Customer management skills. Experience in building and maintaining positive relationships in B2B business
  • Strong project management skills. Proven experience with large and complex projects in a global environment
  • Advanced analytical skills and data savviness. Ability to analyze and understand customer situations by interpreting data and identifying trends
  • Problem solving skills: an ability to find solutions for complex issues and conveying those via enhanced communication skills
  • Resilient attitude. Being used to work with tight deadlines in demanding environment
  • Enjoy working in extremely dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Fluency in German and in English language to be able to fully support our DACH located customers
