BUSINESS UNIT

Join our People Solutions team, the architect of transformation and performance at HRS. We design and continuously evolve the company’s operating system by integrating People and Ways of Working into a product- and impact-driven setup aligned with the HRS Management System. Structured in squads and chapters and closely embedded with core domains like Tech and Sales, we operate beyond traditional HR boundaries and enable the business where value is created. We treat culture as a performance system: shaping the behaviors that drive engagement, execution, and accountability — and translating them into measurable business outcomes and strengthened brand equity.

POSITION

We are looking for a Cologne-based Global HR Business Partner - Sales (m/f/d) to act as a strategic sparring partner for Sales leadership, elevate organizational performance, and enable the business to execute with clarity, speed, and accountability

CHALLENGE

You will partner with Sales leaders in our HQ to drive performance through people — with productivity enhancement as the ultimate goal. This means translating commercial strategy into organizational design, capability building, and measurable execution. You challenge constructively, provide data-driven insights, and ensure excellence across the entire employee lifecycle — from hiring and performance management to succession and engagement. You identify tension fields early, address root causes, and ensure that sales-enabled behaviors, structured methods such as MEDPICC, and scalable automation processes are firmly embedded in the organization to sustainably increase productivity and accelerate revenue growth. 

 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A university degree in Business, Psychology, Organizational Development or a comparable field 
  • Several years of relevant experience as an HR BP in a B2B SaaS-driven environment 
  • Proven track record in driving organizational transformation and performance-oriented organizational design 
  • Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of B2B sales mechanics, pipeline logic, and revenue drivers 
  • The ability to translate business strategy into organizational structure, capability building, and disciplined execution 
  • Demonstrated experience in performance management and measurable productivity enhancement 
  • Strong analytical capabilities to derive concrete actions from KPIs, pipeline metrics, and productivity data 
  • The confidence to challenge senior stakeholders with Radical Candor  
  • A structured, hands-on mindset with clear ownership and a bias for measurable impact 
  • Experience embedding sales methodologies (e.g., MEDPICC) and supporting automation-driven enablement 
  • Resilience and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-moving, tech-driven environment 
  • Fluency in German and English

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The position is based in Germany in our HQ in Cologne or Berlin
