Join our dynamic People Solutions Department and herein our Learning & Development team at HRS, a group dedicated to elevating organizational capabilities across global markets. We focus on implementing SaaS industry standards into our employee enablement programs, targeting our global Sales and Leadership Teams. Situated at our headquarters in Cologne, Germany, we drive initiatives that empower our teams to achieve excellence in their roles and beyond.

POSITION

We are looking for a Global Head L&D - Sales and Leadership (all genders) who is based within Europe or US, reporting to Headquarters in Cologne, Germany, with the potential for global travel to connect with teams and implement programs.
An exciting opportunity awaits a seasoned People Enablement & Development Manager to champion our guiding principle: "Develop to become the best." Have you transitioned from a successful sales role to a position where you coach, train, or lead L&D initiatives? Then this might be the perfect role for you. Reporting directly to the Chief People Officer, you will play a strategic role in enhancing our global learning and development framework, primarily focusing on our Sales and Leadership Teams. Your mission involves both crafting high-level strategies and engaging in hands-on implementation across the employee lifecycle. 

CHALLENGE


Lead L&D Strategy Innovation: Refine and implement learning strategies that incorporate SaaS industry best practices to enhance team growth and development. 

Boost Employee Engagement: Develop and manage programs that improve engagement and retention, creating a supportive and dynamic work environment. 

Facilitate Training and Events: Conduct engaging training sessions and organize key global events (remote and/or onsite) and strategic gatherings to promote knowledge sharing and networking. 

Navigate Organizational Complexity: Effectively lead within our matrix structure, guiding career development and pinpointing learning opportunities that meet business objectives. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

Comprehensive L&D Expertise within a SaaS Environment: At least 10 years of experience in strategic learning and development, with a specific focus on leveraging SaaS and AI-driven methodologies. Proficient in applying the MEDDPICC methodology to enhance sales training programs, aligning them closely with industry standards. 

HR Processes and Tools Proficiency: Well-versed in the latest HR processes, tools, and trends, including Competence Management, Experience Platforms and Learning Experience Platforms (LXP). 

Change Leadership: Exceptional skills in leading organizational transformation and driving effective, technology-enhanced learning programs that align with business objectives. 

Communication and Intercultural Competence: Advanced ability to effectively communicate and manage diverse teams and stakeholders across various regions. 

Innovative and Analytical Mindset: A proactive approach with a growth mindset, using analytical skills to continuously seek improvement and make data-driven decisions in L&D. 

Proven Track Record: Demonstrated history of successful leadership in complex matrix organizations, capable of delivering significant L&D outcomes.  

Language Fluency: Fluent in spoken and written English.
