The "Global RfP Manager (m/f/d)" holds the overall responsibility for managing and succeed-ing in incoming RfIs and RfPs. This includes the evaluation of the requirements in preparation for the bid decision as well as the responsibility for the development of the offer and the management of the entire sales process until the closing of the deal for incoming RfPs.

The RfP Manager will report directly to the Director Market Steering of the company.


  • Review of incoming RfIs/RfPs regarding feasibility and prepare bid or no-bid decision
  • Analysis and structured documentation of customer and competitor insights
  • Systematic qualification of the lead along the MEDDPPICC methodology in collabora-tion with a Business Development Manager or Account Executive
  • Responsibility for the coordination of the proposal process, overseeing the input of the technical experts, create the overall storylining and brief the participants
  • Manage and meet proposal deadlines by establishing project priorities and due dates for the proposal
  • Internally collaborate and coordinate with solution experts to ensure content is complete, accurate, and maximized business opportunities
  • Develop and establish a repository of templates, standard language, product collateral, exhibits and other data resources to ensure high quality and accurate responses


  • A Bachelor degree and/or above 
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in successfully managing complex RFP (SaaS or Travel Management company)
  • High flexibility combined with strong logical cognitive ability and excellent analytical skills 
  • Pronounced enthusiasm, commitment, and assertiveness 
  • A structured, independent and goal-oriented working style - focus-ing on fast and flawless execution 
  • Experience with RfPs and sales processes
  • Experience with the MEDDIC / MEDDPICC methodology is a plus
  • Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from proposal process and requiring coordination with other areas
  • Excellent communication skills (written/ verbal), enjoy writing and trans-forming technical descriptions into marketing documents with a clear Value Proposition, easy to read for non-specialists, with a strong emphasis on key selling points

  • Fluency in English, German is a plus

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
