We are looking for a Cologne based HR Operations Manager (m/f/d) who will drive our HR operations and process optimization together with the HR Business Partners as part of the People Solutions Team. If you have gained first experience in an HR team but are also tech-savvy and looking for an environment where you can develop individually in a dynamic and international environment, then you have found your potential next career step.


•    Driving optimization and digitalization initiatives in the fields of document management, processes
      and internal customer channels
•    Actively support our HR Business Partner team with operational tasks, such as contract management,
     certificates and diverse employee requests 
•    Support in monthly payroll preparation in collaboration with our payroll specialist and global payroll provider

•    Support in managing working students with time sheets, payroll and answering questions
•    Support our monthly check-in (onboarding program) for new joiners at HRS
•    Support of data maintenance/data upload to the HR information system SAP SuccessFactors
•    Maintain and update internal company documents (such as organizational charts, intranet articles,
     personnel files, excel files, confluence etc.)
•    In addition, you are always contributing your ideas on how to improve things and help us implement
     initiatives against bureaucratization


•    Ideally, first professional experiences working in hands-on HR teams and executing HR
     operation processes
•    Experience in the field of process optimization and or digitalization 
•    A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of Business Administration,
     Psychology, Human Resources Management or any comparable qualification 
•    Profound knowledge of MS Office
•    Basic knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors beneficial
•    Focus on fast and flawless execution
•    A structured, independent and goal oriented working style
•    Fluency in German and English, spoken and written

•    Drive to get things done and the ambition and interest to grow in a strong and international team

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
