As Key Account Manager Distribution (m/f/d) you will develop and optimize the range of attractive sales partners for our more than 1 million holiday accommodations. Win new national and international online booking portals for our sales network together with us and support existing cooperation partners in constantly improving cooperation and thus booking success.


  • Support of national and international distribution partners such as, Check24,, BestFewo, etc. (OTAs, metasearchers and white label partners)
  • Continuous analysis of existing partnerships on the basis of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) and determination of the optimization potential and definition of roadmaps for the concrete implementation of the optimization
  • Acquisition of new, strategic cooperation partners in the area of distribution and negotiation of contract conditions
  • Conception and support for the technical connection of new distribution partners via XML (API) and/or white label partners
  • Development and control of new market strategies
  • Optimization of existing, strategic partnerships and forecasting of the partners' booking and revenue development


  • Successfully completed studies in the economic or tourism sector or comparable training
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales or as a key account manager
  • Experience in technical project management is an advantage
  • You have a quick perception, persuasiveness, negotiation skills, initiative and a high level of commitment and resilience.
  • You are characterized by analytical, structured and performance-oriented thinking and work
  • Enjoyment and understanding of technical contexts and the e-commerce business
  • You are highly motivated, have team spirit, a hands-on mentality and an independent and goal-oriented approach to your work
  • Fluent German and good English skills. Ideally, you also speak other languages.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus.
