We are looking for an entrepreneurial Director Marketing (m/f/d). You will be responsible to lead and to build up our Marketing Team, develop and drive our B2B marketing strategy.  

This role is responsible for the implementation of all operational marketing activities and initiatives that drive growth in our business. This includes a strong ability to lead and partner across functions such as Product, Technology, customer facing Supply management and Distribution.  


You will take over the professional and disciplinary management of the multi-member marketing team, will be part of our Leadership Team and report directly into our CEO.


  • Implement the entire B2B marketing strategy for our platforms.
  • Based on our recently completed new brand positioning you will be responsible for activating and engaging our customers and community including refined product marketing, digital and personal events.
  • Oversee all areas of marketing: Product Marketing, Content, Lead Generation and Performance (SEM, Retargeting), Social Media, Website, marketing operations, events, partnerships, PR & associated activities (as well as those of the company operated B2C portals as
  • Defining the marketing roadmap for reaching all relevant current and new B2B target groups on the customer market and to support the overall strategies and objectives of the company.
  • Leading the digital acquisition (in particular lead generation and performance marketing), customer loyalty, CRM and growth activities at all levels.
  • Ownership of our public relations, social media and other presence, as you are responsible for the external appearance of the company and its products.
  • Continuously following marketing trends, carry out market and competitor analyses.  


  • An outstanding academic degree in Business studies or similar, preferably including marketing & communication.
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing in Travel Tech oriented businesses, within hospitality is a plus.
  • Several years of leadership experience.
  • Proven experience in working with agencies and other external service providers.
  • Conceptual, analytical, and structured way of working.
  • Eagerness to solve complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams and matrix organizations.
  • Passion about working in a pragmatic, fast changing and results-oriented environment.
  • You think and act as an “Intrapreneur” with strong analytical skills.
  • Fluent in English and German in spoken and written form.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual bonus and a participation in a management incentive plan.
