The function of the Supplier Solutions Product team (within the overall STAY organization) is eliminating and/or simplifying all technical barriers that exist in the different connection/interaction possibilities between any Suppliers globally (big & small) and Travelers (in all states of the traveler’s journey).

This is also strongly expressed in our mission statement: “Suppliers are our Partners, and we will build all bridges to connect them with our Clients”.

We thus ensure “best traveler experience for money” in the overarching relationship between Suppliers and Corporates, making both HRS’s Supplier- and Corporate-side business offering unique in the marketplace and HRS the natural partner of choice for business-travel related business.


We are looking for a Cologne/Remote based Interface Manager (all genders) to join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and work with our Product and cross-functional teams.
This person will deliver a best-in-class partnership onboarding/maintenance experience for our Suppliers and the overall impact on our Customers and Travelers.

The position is part of the Product Team of the HRS Supplier Solutions Unit and is a technical expert around onboarding and configuring Supplier inventory.
Furthermore, she or he consults stakeholders internally and externally, such as commercial teams, product management, hotel chains and any kind of connectivity partners.


This position is entrusted with the following:

  • Assisting in the development, implementation, testing and ongoing support of national and international electronic interfaces which connect the reservation systems of our (hotel) partners with the HRS system (CRS direct connect, XML direct connect, GDS and technical Solution Provider)
  • Implementation and maintenance of Global Local interfaces to increase HRS access to hotel supply partners
  • Support and enhancement of all functionalities for all hotel supply partners interfaces, and coordination of all the requirements with the IT and business units.
  • Pre-released implementation and testing of CRS/CM/OTA interfaces with HRS, ensure hotel supply availability, improve interface functionality, update and optimize hotel information in the HRS database
  • Increase the scope (and quality) of our CRS connected hotel chains, interface partners which are located in HRS data base (including booking, availability, hotel information optimization)
  • Definition, optimization and implementation of workflows and processes
  • Targeted project management & implementation by Scrum & Kanban
  • Portfolio maintenance in terms of hotel chain on-/offboardings and continuous data cleanups of our (Lodging) Partner inventory.


As such we are looking for someone who:

  • Is accustomed to meet project goals in a very dynamic, tech-driven environment.
  • Get projects live in a timely fashion and knows when and what to prioritize.
  • Leverages support/enablement from other team members/business units, can navigate internal stakeholders.
  • Fully owns implementation backlog and works pro-actively on identifying most important items

With core skills set of:

  • An understanding of Travel and Hospitality Technology – a plus is some tech acumen around APIs, Databases, Data Mapping Processes.
  • Automation skills - identifying opportunities for automation within software processes and quality assurance testing.
    Skills could be: include scripting, collaboration, source-code management, Kubernetes, security, testing, observability, monitoring, and network awareness (among others).

  • A big plus would be knowledge of Channel Managers, Central Reservations Systems (CRS) and Online Travel Agency (OTA) distribution systems.
  • Proven ability to prioritize tasks accurately to receive results, working of/maintaining a queue of various stakeholders.
  • Knows on how to build a good internal network & is an excellent communicator to both of our Partners and teams.

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
