POSITION

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Working Student or Intern (all genders) (minimum length 4 months) to join our People Solutions team in Cologne in the field of Learning and Development. This role is perfect for someone passionate about continuous learning and eager to contribute to a high-performing, diverse team. You will play a crucial role in creating an outstanding employee experience through innovative learning and development programs.

CHALLENGE

•    Support L&D Projects: Assist in planning and executing cultural learning and development programs for colleagues and managers, ensuring they are engaging and effective.
•    Content Management: Utilize SAP SuccessFactors to manage and update learning content, and create metrics to measure future efficiency improvements.
•    Communication and Engagement: Promote learning opportunities and engage employees through various HRS communication channels.
•    Stakeholder Collaboration: Communicate with internal stakeholders and guide them through upcoming L&D plans and projects.
•    Administrative Excellence: Manage administrative tasks related to training and participation management to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

•    Academic Background: Currently studying in the field of Communication, Marketing, Human Resources, Economics, or Business Administration.
•    Passion for Learning: A strong desire to learn new ways of working and improve processes.
•    Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to convey innovative ideas and ensure smooth processes.
•    Problem-solving and Creativity: Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to develop new possibilities and processes.
•    Personal Attributes: Empathy, authenticity, integrity, commitment, resilience, and respect in dealing with all stakeholders.
•    Language Skills: High fluency in English (C1/C2) required. German is a plus.
