We are looking for a Cologne based Manager Connectivity Partnerships (m/f/d) to change the world of business travel with us! Your task will be to manage strategic ad commercial relationship with third party distribution partners, and turn our customer´s trust in customer´s success.


Your challenge

  • Manage strategic and commercial relationships with third party distribution partners; activities include project planning, steering internal teams and escalation management
  • Continuously identify revenue optimization opportunities while maintaining cost-consciousness
  • Prepare business cases to extend or reduce current, or connect new connectivity partners
  • Act as the key connectivity partner contact, ensuring global alignment and creating transparency
  • Take Project Management Office (PMO) responsibilities and be in charge for regular performance reviews to showcase achievements, Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and next steps
  • Regularly review and interact with global third party distribution partners in close alignment with our (technical) Team Lead Connectivity
  • Be in regular contact with our local HRS market leadership to ensure that local monetization initiatives are met
  • Collaborate with our Hotel Centre of Excellence to transform best practices into global standards and share knowledge throughout the organization
  • Closely align with our steering team to drive profitability and reach business goals

 

Your commitment 

  • Master degree in business studies, IT, or similar
  • Several years’ experience in Travel Tech / Hotel Distribution and proven track record within B2B global account management
  • Advanced industry and hotel distribution landscape knowledge
  • Excellent project management skills as well as outstanding numerical and analytical understanding 
  • Experience in building a long-lasting senior stakeholder network within the customers organization on a global scale
  • Strong business acumen and good negotiation skills, always aiming for win-win collaborative deals
  • You enjoy high performance and fast changing environments. You possess a high degree of self-motivation, pro-activeness, forward thinking and assertiveness in order to manage customer expectations as well as driving internal collaboration
  • Fluency in German and English, verbal and written
