BUSINESS UNIT
The corporate strategy team is strongly focused on developing and driving HRS Group’s strategy across all of its three business units: Enterprise Solutions (large global customers), Business Travel Club (German SMEs), and Destination Solutions (vacation rentals). The team is a main value contributor by continuously conceptualizing the company’s offering based on market needs and technology trends, detailing and operationally pushing the group-wide growth plan into local markets. By supporting group-level or high-priority BU-specific activities, the team is at the forefront of disrupting global and local business travel and vacation rental markets and setting new standards within their challenging ecosystems.
POSITION
As Manager Corporate Development (all genders) you are a senior member of the corporate strategy team with a high direct exposure and interaction with the company’s CEO and senior leadership. You have intimate knowledge about core decision making processes and the group’s future strategic direction. The manager corporate strategy is a key member in operationalizing top leadership directives through close interaction with functional and local market leaders.
CHALLENGE
• Take ownership from concept to realization in diverse strategic projects that shape the future of HRS
• Be the functional lead for organizational performance & design, efficiency, transformation and restructuring topics.
• Work closely with and consult HRS management
• Drive alignment between interdisciplinary and international project teams as well as external partners
• Coach business units and functional leaders on strategic matters
• Quickly take over responsibility and built up an in-depth knowledge of HRS business models develop into a leadership position
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
• At least 5 years of experience in a top tier strategy consultancy or leading SaaS company
• Profound, multi-year project experience in restructuring & organizational performance improvement
• Passion about working in a pragmatic and results-oriented environment
• Experience in leading and completing multiple projects in parallel and collaborating with international teams
• Outstanding conceptual, analytical, and structured way of working
• Eagerness to solve complex tasks in interdisciplinary teams and matrix organizations
• Ability to quickly build credibility and trust
• Fluency in English, spoken and written, German a plus
