Manager of Global OBE Relationships (m/f/d)

We are looking for an office based manager to own & manage our commercial relationships with the leading, global Online Booking Engines (OBEs – namely Concur & Amadeus). This role will focus on maximising the commercial reach of HRS via these strategic partnerships. The role will help coordinate & drive new sales & marketing initiatives with our global strategic OBE partners whilst simultaneously managing the day-to-day account/channel management relationship.

 

Your challenge

  • Own the day-to-day & account management relationships with the HRS Global Strategic OBE partners (Concur / Amadeus)
  • Develop and directly drive HRS strategy to grow revenue through the HRS Global Strategic OBE partners (Concur / Amadeus)
  • Own & develop the joint value proposition with each strategic partner
  • Act as a multiplicator across the HRS organization to ensure the full organization embraces these strategic partners as a valued sales channel
  • Facilitate and push interworking across the XAMs and the HRS network to increase international rollout and the share-of-wallet within the customer base using OBEs
  • Take full responsibility for global sales & marketing campaigns with each Global Partnership (Inc. Concur Fusion events & Amadeus CTN events)

 

Your commitment

  • Leadership: bringing your talents & strategic account management experience into HRS to coral internal stakeholders and to extend the network of external stakeholders
  • Several years’ experience in the consulting, technology or corporate travel industry
  • Substantial B2B sales and account management experience and negotiation skills
  • Ability to analyse and understand customer situations by interpreting data and identifying trends
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills to help vocalise the HRS value proposition to the market (proven public speaking a must)
  • Proven experience in team management / leadership on senior level and working with a matrix environment
  • Strong international background
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
