Currently we are looking for a Cologne based Marketing Automation Manager (m/f/d) who is responsible for the automation of value driving marketing campaigns via our next-generation customer data platform.


Your challenge

  • You develop, execute and steer all aspects of our omni-channel marketing automation strategies from the initial idea to successful implementation through our next-generation customer data platform
  • Within an agile Team you ensure Segmentation, Messaging, Content, Imagery, Customer Journey and Reporting of automated campaigns
  • You have a technical understanding of complex automated campaign setups and are able to build templates (e.g. Email) for automated campaign flows.
  • You work closely with our Audience Experience and Data Science Colleagues to analyze and identify potential automated campaign opportunities, implemented on all paid and owned marketing channels  


Your commitment 

  • Highly driven, digital- and tech-savvy marketer
  • Several years’ experience in the fields of E-Commerce, Digital Marketing and Marketing Automation Experience in building complex automated campaign flows in E-Mail Marketing and other channels
  • Profound Knowledge and excellent understanding of all Online-Marketing-Channels and their interrelation as well as their functionalities
  • Knowledge and understanding about all relevant Online-Marketing-KPIs and routine handling of the creation and analysis of reporting’s
  • Creative personality with a focus on visual realization of different messages and statements Ideally:
  • Very good knowledge of all popular software applications and operating systems (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, MS Office) as well as HTML5
  • Fluent in German and English
