We are looking for an EMEA-based Online Booking Tool (OBT) Consultant (m/f/d) to lead the roll-out of HRS solutions into the OBT landscape of our biggest global corporate accounts.

Your challenges

  • Support RfP processes and customer pitches as expert for HRS solution roll-out into the Online Booking Tool (OBT) of customers
  • Lead OBT project stream in customer roll-out projects Coordinate multiple internal and external stakeholders across different countries
  • Act as a first point-of-contact for corporate customers and HRS account managers as subject matter expert
  • Manage OBT site reviews with HRS account managers and corporate customers creating recommendations to optimize this channel
  • Drive the HRS OBT strategy and sales into our corporate accounts
  • Steer and drive professionalization of OBT customer implementation within HRS
  • Create sales collateral and support material for HRS Corporate Sales with respect to HRS in the OBT channel  

Your commitment

  • A professional with sound experience in B2B travel industry
  • Excellent knowledge of OBTs, especially Concur and Cytric
  • Very strong multi-project management skills
  • Skilled in collaborating with interdisciplinary and international teams    
  • Strong consultative sales skills and drive
  • Very analytical and structured in the way you work
  • Being used to work with tight deadlines, managing customer expectations as well as internal resources
  • Fluency in English, spoken and written
