BUSINESS TRAVEL CLUB

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is based on the Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that transform into much more than “just” a platform: BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s safe, sustainable and upgraded travel experience. The primary purpose of BTC is to create loyalty between HRS and its customers. We envision a Prime like system for Business Travelers, where members get on “golden handcuffs” in exchange for superior benefits and services. Thus, the Club and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market.

POSITION

As an Online Marketing Manager (SEA) you are responsible for the operational campaign management with hands-on experience in setting up and optimizing the campaigns herself/himself with appropriate target audiences and bidding strategies.

The position is located as an important interface between the requirements and needs of customers and business partners and collaborates closely with data and marketing.

CHALLENGE

  • Managing the planning and day to day execution of performance and branding SEA campaigns (Analyze &  optimize campaigns)
  • Use and understand data and performance KPIs to build a targeting that enables us to connect with most relevant audiences
  • Lead customer segment creation to be used by our advertising solutions by leveraging audience data
  • Monitor the competition and identify new approaches for traffic generation and performance improvement
  • Maintain and monitor bids, account daily and monthly reach, CTRs and other important account metrics.
  • Run tests (e.g. ad copy, audiences, etc.), analyze the respective performance and make suggestions based on these findings.
  • Run manual and automated bidding and steer budget to campaigns and their segments based on goals.
  • Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other SEA initiatives.
  • Collaborating with our Data Analytics team to manage, optimize or create target audiences.
  • You’ll work closely with the creative team to systematically create new ad content and generate new ideas based on data-driven insights
  • Cooperating with other teams & channels to ensure effective cross-channel strategy and best possible customer journeys

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of business administration
  • A data driven profile who is also commercially minded, with strong analytical skills. Experience creating dashboards for metrics reporting
  • Experience in the field of E-Commerce and/or in Digital Marketing
  • Strong experience of planning, executing and delivering Marketing Campaigns
  • Superb Project Management skills
  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish
  • Familiar with Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Google Analytics
  • Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail
  • Able to self-analyse failures and put required solutions in place in order to improve
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written) and German (optional)

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
