Currently we are looking for a RPA Developer (m/f/d), responsible for delivering automation projects end to end. This includes the analysis of an existing operational process, definition, design and build (development) of new automation initiatives. These activities will be carried out in line with a defined RPA methodology and lifecycle.

 

Your challenge:

  • Support the implementation and enablement of an Automation Centre of Excellence
  • Enjoy being a generalist-specialist (T-Shaped Model) accepting the challenge to solve problems and delight users
  • Experience of mapping and documenting complex processes in the professional services sector
  • Design and develop strategies and recommendations for UiPath-enabled solutions including key aspects of architecture, migration, and security
  • Work with cross-functional teams to tackle complex challenges
  • Participate in analysis of business requirements and design of appropriate automation solution
  • Works side by side with Business Analyst and/or SME’s for creating process documentation
  • Verify RPA solution designs, implement and test automation solutions
  • Help maintain quality and organization of platform code and data
  • Assist with the development and execution of a Program Roadmap including project prioritization and delivery

 

Your commitment:

  • Knowledge of business process methodology and process re-engineering
  • Understanding of workflow based logic and the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram and to conceptualise it as an automated solution
  • Advanced level with extensive hands-on experience in:
    • Developing an attended process (i.e., workflow)
    • Developing an unattended process (i.e., workflow)
    • Proof of Concept – creating and/or demonstrating
    • Experience resolving application changes and/or code changes
    • Peer code reviews
  • UiPath Advanced Developer certification preferred
  • 5+ years development experience with 2+ years in RPA development - UiPath a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of at least one of the programming tools/languages (e.g., C, Web, .Net, VB, Python)
  • Experience implementing the configuration, development, testing and deployment of automation solutions
  • Knowledge of OCR, functional libraries, other tools and methods to accelerate development
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical / functional advanced solutions
  • Experience with Agile project delivery methods, tools, and concepts
  • Technically proficient and possesses the knowledge/skills to work independently
  • Strong understanding and proven experience in RESTful APIs and Webservices will be a huge plus
  • Pro-active, result oriented personality, high sense of responsibility and initiative
