POSITION

As a Senior Account Manager (all genders), you will be the trusted partner to our top-tier corporate customers within a specific industry vertical. Working closely with a dedicated team focused on the same vertical, you will develop deep expertise in the unique travel needs of your customers and deliver tailored HRS solutions that maximize business value and enhance traveler satisfaction. 

CHALLENGE

  • Drive revenue growth within our enterprise customer base by deeply understanding their strategic business travel needs and optimizing the use of our HRS solutions.
  • Establish high-impact relationships with cross-functional stakeholders in key vertical markets, positioning the company as a trusted partner and accelerating value delivery across accounts.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of HRS solutions that are tailored to industry-specific needs and aligned with the customer’s strategic objectives.
  • Lead implementation of new customer projects and ensure smooth daily operations across all accounts, with a focus on aligning delivery with industry best practices and vertical-specific expectations.
  • Manage local account negotiations and uncover new ways to optimize clients’ travel processes within their vertical, strengthening relationships and expanding revenue contribution.
  • Provide clear, timely progress reports on initiatives to internal and external stakeholders, supporting cross-functional collaboration and vertical market execution
  • Track key performance indicators and usage behavior across accounts, using data to uncover vertical-specific opportunities for expansion and strategic support.
  • Elevate organizational impact by embracing ownership of evolving customer needs and identifying innovative ways to contribute value aligned with business and industry goals.
  • Ensure day-to-day delivery of exceptional client service, fostering satisfaction and long-term loyalty across a portfolio of accounts within targeted industry sectors.
  • Serve as a key bridge between clients and cross-functional teams, partnering closely with international counterparts to manage complex, vertical-aligned global rollouts. 

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Several years of experience in enterprise account management or consultative sales within B2B industries
  • Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets, draw actionable insights, and leverage CRM systems for effective account management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels, including executive and C-Level, with strong stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Proven track record in delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs and/or industry-specific challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with meticulous attention to detail and deadline adherence.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, supported by superior verbal and written communication.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
  • High self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, thriving in fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address complex challenges efficiently
  • Proven ability to manage time and projects effectively while proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement. 
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
