We are looking for a Specialist Rate Activation (m/f/d).


  • Manage the Rate Activation process for our Corporate Customers with the hotel chains (CRS, GDS and external connected hotels)
  • Identify RACs for new accounts and correct existing ones if necessary 
  • Actively manage Key Performance Indicators as the Corporate Bookability, steer actions within the organization which would positively impact these KPI´s 
  • Prepare regular reporting to chain partner which shows in detail the success ratio and remaining issues/gaps including Follow-up on Rate Activation iussues (Chains / GDS) 
  • Investigate and support on bookability situations related to CRS/GDS connected hotels (first level support) and identify specific connectivity related issues to escalate to the CPM- Interface Team as second level support 
  • Maintain the relationship to the Rate Loading Teams of the national and international chain partners 


  • First professional experience in the hotel industry and / or within the B2B travel industry will be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel 
  • Bindingness, self-responsible work as well as customer and result orientation combined with very good communication skills
  • Experience in eCommerce and distribution technologies such as global distibution systems (GDS), property management systems (PSM) and computer reservation systems (CRS) 
  • High level of self-motivation and ability to work under time pressure
  • Ability to manage hotel and customer expectations
  • High level of flexibility and good organization
  • Fluency in German and English, both spoken and written

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
