Steering Manager Connectivity (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Cologne based Steering Manager Connectivity (m/f/d) who is responsible for developing HRS global connectivity objectives and ensuring relevant execution at Account Manager Level, in line with the strategic path for the account.

Your challenges

•    Conceptualization of global portfolio connectivity strategy.
•    Safeguarding the portfolio connectivity commercial profitability and impact on bottom line
•    Execution and implementation monitoring of connectivity strategy in all HRS markets
•    Regular alignment with regional VPs to ensure that local business requirements are understood and accounted for
•    Regular alignment with Connectivity Account Managers regarding strategy execution and priorities
•    Attending internal product, steering and hotel sales meetings to ensure the strategy is aligned with all internal stakeholders
•    Production of reports to highlight the performance/limitations/well-being of connectivity accounts and corresponding opportunities.
•    Production of reports to highlight alignment with chain partner strategy which would be aligned with regional chain Key Account Managers and VP HS

Your commitment

•    At least 4 years of experience in a top tier strategy consultancy or leading eCommerce company
•    Experience of efficient steering of strategic projects with multiple senior internal and external stakeholders
•    Strong analytical skills and conventional personality type
•    Strong interpersonal skills allowing to navigate in the landscape of multiple internal stakeholders with potentially competing interests
•    An understanding of the hotel distribution landscape  and connectivity technology
•    In-depth comprehension of the technical aspects of distributing hotel inventory
•    Willingness to proactively take ownership of items identifiable as high priority and significant to the mission
