The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is based on the Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of and HOTEL.DE that transform into much more than “just” a platform: BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s safe, sustainable and upgraded travel experience. The primary purpose of BTC is to create loyalty between HRS and its customers. We envision a Prime like system for Business Travelers, where members get on “golden handcuffs” in exchange for superior benefits and services. Thus, the Club and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market.


We are looking for a "Technical Account Manager Partnerships m/f/d" that will be responsible to build & manage relationships as well as implementing new connections towards our global strategic partners.

We grow our partnerships globally and facilitate new streams of revenues and in this role, you are the central point of contact for our existing and future cooperation/partner network.

The position is located as an important interface between the needs of customers, business partners and collaborates closely with product development, data and marketing.


  • Grow the annual revenue within our high level B2B partner base through a detailed understanding of their requirements
  • Create a trusting and sustainable cooperative relationship to build a partner network in the long term
  • Liaise with existing cooperation partners and expand the joint potential successively
  • Build and support the technical connections towards our partners by support the (API) implementations
  • Analyze and understand requirements and consult your partner to ensure best possible customer journey
  • Support our partnerships team in establishing, maintaining and optimizing relationships
  • Be a coach and partner to your internal & external network and help them grow
  • Investigating and resolving escalated issues and offering troubleshooting for strategic partners
  • You observe how we can improve our partnership management processes by using innovative methods or new technologies


  • Several years consulting or proven account/ partner management experience, preferably building relationships and technical knowledge within B2B industries
  • Very strong analytics, i.e. able to analyze complex data and to draw relevant conclusions. Accustomed to using CRM systems
  • A successfully completed university degree, preferably in the field of Business Informatics, -engineer or -administration
  • Relevant experience supporting technical partnerships and integrations, developer relations, or similar technical role with external stakeholders
  • Experience with B2B business models, comfort engaging with technical stakeholders, and leveraging technology innovation to unlock customer value
  • Active networker and interested in building long-term partner relationships
  • Structured thinking: comfort with numbers, details, and ambiguity; ability to break down complex problems into key levers
  • Superb Project Management skills
  • Hands-on experience managing an initiative from start to finish
  • Eager to learn and experiment and not afraid to fail
  • English fluent - German language skills would be a bonus but not required

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
