POSITION

As our dedicated product designer for our travel tech segment, you are responsible for creating a state-of-the-art user experience for corporate bookers and travelers as well as for suppliers on the venue management platform. 

CHALLENGE

  •  
  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers (PMs) during the discovery phase, actively contributing to the product roadmap to achieve company goals.  
  • Participate in in-depth analysis and discussions, shaping new feature initiatives through narrative document analysis (we use Amazon 6-pager method). 
  • Conduct monthly user research activities, including field studies, contextual inquiries, interviews, workshops, and usability tests, ensuring a user-centric approach to design.  
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring user interests are central to strategic discussions.  
  • Develop meticulously detailed, pixel-perfect designs ready for seamless development handover.  
  • Craft interactive user prototypes, illustrating intricate interaction designs and enabling thorough user testing and feedback collection.  
  • Use all of this generated knowledge to create an intuitive, easy-to-use and engaging responsive platform to book workdesks, meeting rooms as well as bedrooms and even ensuring an upgraded experience for HRS customers on third-party applications. 
  • Work collaboratively with the design team to align your products with other offerings beyond your immediate domain.  
  • Contribute proactively to the maintenance and development of HRS's proprietary design system.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • Several years of experience in B2B and/or B2C UX/UI design, in which you were able to make complicated circumstances and processes look easy and developed interaction patterns that left no questions behind  
  • Experienced and enthusiastic team player, who is also able to self-organize and prioritize accordingly, full of ideas and passion for user-centric design and agile product development methods in a diverse environment  
  • Ability to understand and translate complex issues to build and test clickable prototypes  
  • Know-how in the field of current trends in modern tech and tools, user interface standards and solid experience in their implementation  
  • Strong proficiency in user research methodologies and UX design tools, like Figma, Dovetail, User Interviews or Miro. 
  • Excellent communication skills, able to articulate design decisions and advocate for user needs.

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
