BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform into much more than “just” a platform. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team
 

POSITION

Would you like to learn about Engagement Marketing? Are you passionate about copywriting? You could support our marketing team on increasing customer loyalty.
We are looking for a Cologne based Working Student Engagement Marketing (all genders). As Working student Engagement Marketing, you will create & set up engagement editorial campaigns: Email and Push. This is an unique opportunity to learn CRM from a passionate team that is leveraging a top-notch technology to send personalized multichannel campaigns. You will also collaborate with other teams from BTC (e.g. supply) to launch your campaigns. You will also own the optimization of editorial campaigns, setting up AB test to improve performance of e.g. subject lines.  
 

CHALLENGE

  • Campaign management: set up engagement marketing campaigns (Email and Push Notification), collaborating with other teams such as supply. 
  • Copywriting: support on crafting the campaign message, based on our brand guidelines and supported by the Content Marketing Manager
  • Campaign Optimization: Conducting AB testing to improve campaign performance via e.g. subject line tests

  • Interest on setting up editorial campaigns in our engagement platform (Braze): Email and Push
  • You enjoy working on a team, and also collaborate with other stakeholders
  • You have high level of self-motivation, organizational talent and goal-oriented  
  • Ability to work independently, reliably, diligently and well structured
  • Fluent in German and very good level of English
  • Lastly, you are based in Cologne and enjoy working at our Headquarters in the city center
