CHALLENGE

• Support of the CTO in the operational business, in the project organization as well as in individual administrative tasks and direct reporting
• Support of operational processes such as the definition of OKRs in the area of product development and in the product life cycle
• Coordination of overlapping topics with adjacent areas/teams such as human resources, project management, controlling and auditing 
• Preparation of KPI reports, concepts, analyses, statistics and presentations as well as preparation and, if necessary, moderation of C-level decision meetings and safeguarding of results
• Assumption of special tasks as required by the C-Level

• Enrolled studies in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable course of studies
• Initial, minor experience in the IT environment or high personal interest in IT processes and workflows
• Interest in an agile product environment with a pronounced project business component
• Commitment, high degree of independence and personal responsibility
