We are looking for a Cologne based Working Student Payment Operations (m/f/d) who will support our Payment Operations team in HRS Payment Solutions.


  • Support documentation e.g. creation and updating of standard operating procedures (SOP)
  • Own the handbook creation process
  • Data base research e.g. customer list, contracts
  • Work with team members on creation and updating of customer profiles
  • Assist our operations team working on support requests
  • Special projects


  • Student in the field of Economics or IT
  • Good analytical skills and MS Excel skills
  • Ability to grasp new concepts quickly
  • Fluency in German (C1), English is a plus

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
