BUSINESS UNIT

The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform into much more than “just” a platform. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.

POSITION

Are you passionate about Engagement Marketing? Do you have experience with designing and implementing lifecycle campaigns to reduce churn and increase customer loyalty? If you want to have direct impact on the BTC customer engagement strategy, join our tribe as a (Senior) CRM Manager within the Product Marketing & Engagement team.  As a (Senior) CRM Manager, you will drive the definition & implementation of the lifecycle campaign portfolio across the following channels: Email, Push and In Product Marketing. Together with a passionate team you will own data-driven CRM campaigns and multichannel marketing. 

You will be responsible to optimize campaign performance by focusing on testing and incrementality measurement. To drive the engagement strategy and implementation of campaigns, you will collaborate with other BTC stakeholders (campaign manager, product, data, commercial). 

In a nutshell: you will drive lifecycle marketing to create customer loyalty, supported by a solid tech stack and a team that aims to constantly raise the bar. 

CHALLENGE

  • Lifecycle marketing strategy: Design and drive the engagement marketing strategy by testing and implementing lifecycle campaigns in our engagement tool (Mostly: Email, Push Notification and In Product channels). Being able to connect the channel strategy with the overall business direction and metrics.  
  • Segmentation: Deep understanding of customer segmentation to launch campaigns that drive retention & loyalty across the different lifecycle stages.
  • Campaign Optimization: Conducting multi-channel AB testings within an incrementality framework to optimize key retention KPIs.
  • Cross collaborative innovative projects: Drive cross-functional projects with key BTC stakeholders (e.g. Supply, Partnerships) to test and implement new campaigns/channels to engage with our member base
  • Customer Insights: Launch independently tests together with Data team to uncover customer drivers&needs and develop engagement strategies 
  • External stakeholders: Exchange with external agencies to help develop brand strategy; review, provide feedback, and approve content

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • A data driven Lifecycle manager with experience on defining and implementing CRM campaigns across different channels (Email, Push Notification), in a fast paced environment
  • Advance experience with engagement tools to launch complex automations considering customer segments and other data connections via e.g. Connected Content/APIs (Braze experience is a plus)
  • Passionate about constantly optimizing campaign performance via launching and monitoring AB Tests
  • Analytical eye to keep optimizing the owned campaign portfolio
  • Willing to proactively design, launch and test new engagement campaigns via Email, Push Notification and In Product channels
  • Keen on always challenging status quo and collaborate with other stakeholders to launch innovative campaigns
  • Knowledge of HTML is a plus
  • Advance Knowledge of Liquid is a plus
  • Fluent in English and good knowledge of German

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
