We are looking for a Global Lead Crisis Management (m/f/d) based in USA who will be responsible for growing our new crisis management business portfolio in the American marketplace. This is a fully remote position anywhere in America. As Global Lead Crisis Management, you will work closely with government and insurance organizations looking for a better way to manage their end-to-end crisis response.  You will be part of an amazing journey with HRS GROUP working on a unique on demand crisis platform and bringing new business on board in North America. #LI-RD1


Your challenges 

  • Target, approach and acquire new high-value government and insurance customers using a deep understanding of their strategic crisis response program requirements.
  • Ensure all new sales activity is delivered at best practice by actively engaging and cross-collaborating with departments and team members and set a personal example to the team in all customer engagements.
  • Build and execute ‘go-to-market’ strategies on a global scale in collaboration with HRS existing market teams and establish a global network of ecosystem partnerships from the industry.
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of HRS crisis response solutions and offer a consultative sales approach to potential customers to support their Disaster Response Plan (DRP).
  • Be a ‘go-to’ person for the latest market competitor activity, customer intelligence and industry solutions.
  • Provide commentary and action on performance as well as forecast future revenue delivery.
  • Manage tenders, process inquiries, provide personalized customer solutions.
  • Actively manage the company CRM to ensure all customer activity and data is correctly recorded and up to date for reporting and analytics purposes.

Your commitment

  • Degree in business studies (or similar) and at least 3+ years experience in selling crisis management solutions demonstrating career progression and elevated responsibility throughout.
  • Excellent understanding of government operations and experience selling to the public sector.
  • Business connections amongst federal and state government in order to open doors and navigate to close deals.
  • Solid experience in complex solution selling. Understanding of crisis response and customer requirements.
  • Ability to proactively deliver a new business strategy and actions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in engaging with senior management across multiple disciplines across the potential new customer base to ensure maximum understanding and opportunity for success.
  • Strong competency in delivering creative solutions to overcome customer objections and ability to negotiate mutually beneficial commercial contracts.
  • Be a self-starter who is independently driven to succeed.
  • Excellent analytical and logical cognitive ability
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex customer data and use CRM systems as part of your daily role.
  • The ability to travel as required to close deals.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
