The HRS Crisis Management solution is a rapidly growing part of our business serving the needs of our government clients across the globe when a crisis strikes.  If you are a professional consultant or experienced in solution sales in the government sector and wish to be part of delivering the most advanced technological experience and deliver immediate help and solutions in times of need, then we’d love to hear from you.

We are seeking a senior sales professional who has depth of experience and knowledge in the crisis management field and experience selling across all government sectors (federal, state and local). You will report into the Global Crisis Management Lead and be part of a global enterprise team passionate in their commitment to pioneering in its field. You will be based in the United States and responsible for growing the crisis management government portfolio.

Your challenges 

  • Bring a high level of focus, enthusiasm and approach-to-market experience
  • Target, approach and acquire new high-value government customers using a deep understanding of their individual strategic crisis response program requirements
  • Be recognised as an expert and build awareness of HRS in the marketplace through active collaboration and consultative sales
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of HRS crisis response solutions and offer a consultative sales approach to potential customers
  • Ensure all new sales activity is delivered at best practice by energetically engaging and cross-collaborating with departments and team members and set a personal example to the team in all customer engagements
  • Own pipeline development and prospecting including the opportunity pursuit cycle plus tender management and contract negotiations, from beginning to end
  • Build and execute ‘go-to-market’ strategies in collaboration with Crisis Management Lead
  • Be a ‘go-to’ person for the latest market competitor activity, customer intelligence and industry solutions
  • Actively manage the company CRM to ensure all customer activity and data is correctly recorded and up to date for reporting and analytics purposes.

 

 Your commitment

  • University or college degree in Business (or similar) and at least 5+ years’ experience in consulting services or solution sales, preferably government sales
  • Excellent understanding of government operations in crisis response handling
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on the highest levels of trust and flawless business relationships
  • Established network across the public sector
  • Solid experience in complex solution selling. Understanding of crisis response and requirements
  • Proven experience in engaging in senior levels across multiple disciplines to ensure maximum understanding of potential customer needs
  • Strong competency in delivering creative and pioneering solutions to deliver value across all commercial arrangements
  • Be a self-starter who is independently driven to succeed and continue on the learning journey
  • Excellent analytical and logical cognitive ability
  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex customer data and use CRM systems as part of your daily role.
  • The ability to travel as required
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written)
