Job Summary

We are looking for a New York based Hotel Account Executive US (m/f/d) to provide best possible booking options for our travelers.

The Hotel Solution Team is based on the Commerce & Procurement platforms of the enterprise customers that transform into much more than “just” a platform:  Hotel Solutions provides its hotel partners with incremental enterprise and SMEs travelers, M&G business, data insights, KPI reporting’s and innovative programs like Clean&Safe or GreenStay. The primary purpose of Hotel Solution team is to create a superb corporate traveler experience between the hotel partner and its corporate customers. We developed a prime system for enterprise travelers, where the traveler gets the best hotel portfolio based/basing on their needs and data analysis in a digital end-to-end process from Procurement to Stay. Thus, the Hotel Solutions Team and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s Central Europe strategy as it revolves around a disruption and digital sales approach compared to other market participants.
Your mission is to further develop and shape the "Hotel Partner market" with our digital corporate traveler solutions together with our great team.

Your challenge:

  • Hotel facing representative supporting hotel partners in the NORAM territory
  • Articulate HRS value proposition, programs and offerings
  • Identify and acquire new relevant hotels for potential partnership
  • Promote HRS monetization opportunities to hotel partner portfolio
  • Educate hotel partners on HRS suite of products and services
  • Support hotels during the RFP process – Rate submission, rate loading and correction.
  • Acquire exclusive price agreements and corporate rates within the hotel partner portfolio
  • Ensure partner hotels are open and bookable in the HRS platforms
  • Support Key Account Managers in on-boarding new hotel partners
  • Conduct training if needed to hotel partners (RFP tool, Extranet, etc)
  • Support Accounting team in making sure hotel partners are up to date in payments

For this exciting mission you are equipped with...

  • Commercial education – preferably in the travel industry – degree in business administration combined with working experience in the B2B travel industry
  • Proactive sales background or hotel distribution background preferred
  • You are coachable, enjoy to learn and receive feedback to continue to develop and grow as a professional
  • To be able to fully understand a hotel’s needs to determine if they are in the relevant programs
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently and effectively to meet required deadlines
  • Excellent communication/presentation skills required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software (preferred), with aptitude to learn systems

Location, Mobility, Incentive:

The position is assigned to the company office in New York.
The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
