We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (all genders), based in Rügen or nearby location, with customer service experience to join our team.


  • Support and advice for our customers and partners of the tourism sector to the online booking system for holiday accommodation (B2B)
  • Acceptance and processing (by phone or email) of support requests from the B2B area
  • Advice to our agencies and hosts in the B2B area regarding our products and services
  • Creation of handouts for our customers
  • Testing of new functionalities and features
  • Checking the feasibility of customer requests and joint development of Possible solutions with the specialist departments
  • Support and advice from our 1st level support
  • Escalation processing and problem solving


  • Commercial or tourism training, Lateral entrants from the hotel industry, travel agency or Tourist Information
  • Accurate, independent and solution-oriented way of working
  • Quick comprehension, structured work, solution-oriented thinking, willingness to learn and resilience
  • Willingness to travel to cross-site meetings and Events
  • Confident use of MS Office as well as Internet and affinity for technology
  • Fluent in German and English

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an bonus.
