POSITION
We are looking for a (Senior) BI / Analytics Engineer to join our Data team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will design, build, and scale the analytics foundation across our core Destination Solutions product modules, including the Property Management System (PMS), Channel Manager, DS Finance & Payment products, Task Manager, and IBE NG.
You will translate complex operational and transactional data into reliable, well-structured insights that empower Leadership, Business, Finance, Product, and Steering teams to make informed, data-driven decisions. Beyond internal reporting, you will also contribute to the development of data-driven product features for our customers — enabling performance transparency, benchmarking, and actionable insights directly within our platform.
This role goes far beyond dashboard creation. You will engineer the measurement logic of our data platform, define consistent KPI frameworks, and build scalable data models that form the foundation for both internal decision-making and customer-facing intelligence solution.
CHALLENGE
· Design and implement scalable product analytics models that translate the business logic of our core systems (PMS, BDE, Finance, CRM) into measurable product metrics, enabling structured performance tracking and data-driven product decisions across the entire lifecycle from discovery to GTM.
· Develop and maintain high-quality dashboards to track product adoption, pricing uplift, operational KPIs, and financial performance.
· Establish consistent KPI definitions and metric governance across Product, Finance, and Business teams.
· Partner with Product Managers to define Input → Output → Outcome metrics and success frameworks for new initiatives.
· Collaborate closely with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, validation, and scalable transformation processes.
· Reduce manual reporting efforts by enabling structured self-service analytics.
· Support experimentation, A/B testing, and post-release performance analysis.
· Contribute to the development of customer-facing analytics features and embedded intelligence within our products.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
· A completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, Mathematics, or a related field.
· 4–6+ years of experience in BI / Analytics Engineering, ideally in a SaaS or platform environment.
· Strong SQL expertise and solid experience in data warehouse modeling (Snowflake preferred).
· Strong knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar.
· Solid understanding of SaaS KPIs, product analytics, and performance measurement frameworks.
· Strong knowledge of statistical principles and machine learning concepts, with hands-on experience using Python and SQL to build and apply ML models.Experience working in cloud environments (AWS preferred) and familiarity with CI/CD workflows and distributed systems.
· Exposure to MLOps or production ML pipelines is advantageous.
· Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
· A structured, hands-on, ownership-driven mindset with a proactive working style.
· Fluent English; German is a plus
