Associate Product Manager (all genders)
HRS AS A COMPANY
HRS is transforming the future of corporate travel through innovative technology. In a $600 billion global lodging and meetings market, inefficiencies are rampant—from frustrating traveler experiences caused by outdated check-in and payment systems to millions lost annually due to missing or non-compliant invoices that block VAT reclaim. With travel increasingly complex and fragmented, the opportunity for innovation is enormous—and HRS is leading the charge.
HRS offers an unparalleled end-to-end solution for managing corporate lodging, group travel, long stay, and meetings—all within a single, unified platform. With HRS Connect, companies gain access to a sleek, consumer-grade booking interface that consolidates fragmented travel spend and delivers full visibility across all travel categories. This is paired with HRS’s proprietary AI Copilot, which enables travel and procurement leaders to steer their programs strategically with real-time data, actionable insights, and one-click implementation of optimizations.
Together, these solutions empower organizations to drive measurable cost savings, boost policy compliance, and radically improve the traveler experience. The HRS platforms enable customers to achieve up to 3x return on investment, achieve close to 100% invoice compliance, and increase corporate program adoption by over 20% — which is particularly relevant in unmanaged spend areas like meetings and groups.
With over two decades of proprietary data, market-leading AI, and deep integration across the travel and expense ecosystem, HRS powers travel programs for 35% of the Fortune 500. From seamless payment to e-invoicing to VAT reclaim, HRS offers unmatched transparency, governance, and performance — turning travel into a data-driven advantage with a sharp focus on customer excellence, compliance, and automation.
BUSINESS UNIT
Operator Cloud is a new venture — reimagining how airlines, cruise operators, and rail companies manage crew accommodation at scale. By automating traditionally manual and fragmented processes, the platform simplifies sourcing, booking, and managing crew stays while transforming operational data into real-time, actionable intelligence. Core capabilities such as automated accommodation matching, disruption-aware rebooking, policy-driven decisioning, and end-to-end crew visibility are powered by the Crew Platform.
These capabilities deliver immediate operational and cost efficiencies, but their impact goes further. As adoption grows, the platform becomes a connective layer across operators, accommodation partners, and service providers—unlocking network effects that improve availability, responsiveness, and scalability across the ecosystem. The Crew Platform is not just an operational tool; it is a strategic infrastructure that helps transport operators manage disruption, reduce risk, and maintain service continuity in high-pressure environments.
POSITION
We are looking for a Associate Product Manager based in Vietnam with strong English communication skills to lead customer discovery, validation, and go-to-market efforts for our crew accommodation platform. You will act as the voice of enterprise customers, ensuring we build solutions that solve real operational pain points and scale effectively.
You will own the end-to-end product lifecycle—from problem discovery through rollout—delivering automated crew accommodation workflows that reduce operational friction, improve disruption handling, and drive measurable cost and efficiency gains.
CHALLENGE
- Lead customer discovery with airlines, cruise, and rail operators to deeply understand crew accommodation workflows, disruption scenarios, and operational constraints.
- Translate customer pain points into clear product problems, validated requirements, and outcome-driven product initiatives.
- Own the product roadmap for the crew accommodation platform, balancing customer value, operational impact, and technical feasibility.
- Work closely with engineering, data, and operations teams to deliver scalable, automation-first solutions across sourcing, booking, re-accommodation, and reporting.
- Define and prioritize features that improve disruption handling, policy compliance, cost control, and crew experience.
- Act as the voice of the customer in backlog refinement, sprint planning, and delivery reviews, ensuring solutions solve real-world operational problems.
- Partner with commercial and go-to-market teams to support product launches, customer onboarding, and adoption across global enterprise customers.
- Use data and customer feedback to measure product success, track outcomes, and continuously improve platform performance.
FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...
- You have 2+ years of product management experience in a fast-paced environment, with a strong track record of testing, shipping, and scaling innovative products. Strong B2B experience is essential; experience in travel is strongly preferred.
- You are passionate about solving real customer pain points and have proven customer-facing experience. You are comfortable using tools like prototype testing, customer interviews, and PRFAQs to guide discovery, and have a consistent track record of leveraging data to drive impactful product decisions.
- You are a strategic product thinker who links product decisions to business goals, demonstrates strong financial acumen in areas such as revenue, margin, and cash contribution, and ensures product relevance through continual competitive and industry research.
- You take full ownership—hands-on, pragmatic, and accountable from idea to impact. Whether that means drafting marketing and sales materials, writing a roll-out plan, or investigating the root cause of metrics performance, you take initiative and follow through.
- You thrive in ambiguity, balancing big-picture vision with rapid execution. Curiosity and adaptability are your edge.
PERSPECTIVE
- Purposeful Innovation Work on meaningful, real-world challenges at global scale. From automating crew accommodation during disruptions to improving operational resilience across airlines, cruise, and rail, you’ll help modernize a mission-critical function that keeps the world moving.
- High-Impact Work Take ownership of products that directly affect day-to-day operations for global transport operators—reducing manual effort, improving disruption response, controlling costs, and ensuring crews are housed quickly and reliably when it matters most.
- Strategic Scope & Autonomy Operate at the intersection of operations, technology, and platform innovation. You’ll be trusted to lead initiatives end-to-end, from problem discovery through delivery, with strong leadership support and a close-knit product and engineering team.
- Growth-Driven Environment Join a fast-moving venture where learning and ownership go hand in hand. You’ll collaborate with experienced professionals across product, engineering, and operations—and have the opportunity to grow into senior product or leadership roles as the platform scales globally.
