BUSINESS UNIT

While functional duties include a wide range of topics and standard HR Processes, People Solutions plays a crucially important role in HRS´s business transformation, thus enabling business betterment and delivering value for the customer. Our primary objective is to enable the organization as well as its people to execute HRS´s strategic plan and reach its goals to continuously reinvent the way businesses and governments work, stay and pay.  

POSITION

We are looking for a Ho Chi Minh City-based HRBP Tech (all genders) as part of our global People Solutions Team (HQ in Cologne, Germany) as well as our local Tech Hub to enhance productivity and further develop our colleagues.  
This is a key interface within the global People Solutions function and acts as a local representative in terms of a single point of contact for the management team as well as all employees. The function plays an important role in establishing global standards on a local level and derives input from business requirements for the further development of our People Solutions product and service portfolio. 

 

CHALLENGE

  • Being part of a cross-functional and cross-locations People Team (“Domain Expertise Team”) that develops and drives initiatives – across the employee lifecycle - tailored to the needs of our Tech Teams, to be rolled-out and maintained within the local hub 
  • Work proactively together with our global hub leadership team, driving cultural initiatives
  • Closely work with management and employees to improve productivity and engagement
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions)
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day operations, ensure regulatory compliance, reduce legal risks. 
  • Provide HR policy and procedure guidance including performance evaluation, succession planning, etc.
  • Partner with the Universities and build up the internship programs
  • Monitor the HR related metrics and identify the improvement opportunities
  • Perform other related duties including managing and operating C&B

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

  • 5+ years of working experience as HRBP in Technology sector (ideally in SAAS)
  • Familiarity with dynamic tech work environments and agile methods 
  • Ability to deeply engage with our colleagues of all levels
  • Strong competence in moderation of critical dialogues 
  • Excellent knowledge in local labor law
  • A structured, independent and goal oriented working style

  • Fluency in English, spoken and written

LOCATION, MOBILITY, INCENTIVE

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment, and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
