The HRS Business Travel Club (BTC) is the Business Unit managing and developing the HRS E-Commerce platforms of the well-known hotel portal businesses of HRS.de and HOTEL.DE that gradually transform into much more than “just” a platform. BTC provides its members, individual business travelers and SMEs, with a distinct range of exclusive services, which shape tomorrow´s upgraded travel experience. The goal of BTC is to deliver growth as well as sustainable profitability over time by enhancing customer loyalty between the brand and its customers, enabling the Brands Repositioning in the marketplace and unlocking additional potentials via optimized supplier management. Thus, BTC and its products, plays an important role in HRS´s DACH strategy as it revolves around a disruption of the interplay between hotel and workplace supply and e-commerce and a domination of the Business Travel DACH market. Your mission is to further develop and shape the "The HRS Business Travel Club" and its solutions and make it the next innovation of the HRS Group together with a great team.

POSITION

As a Flutter Mobile Engineer, you will play a critical role in the digital transformation of our e-commerce business unit, which focuses on developing innovative mobile hotel booking solutions tailored to business travellers. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and optimizing our mobile applications using the Flutter framework to deliver an exceptional user experience that meets the specific needs of business travellers. You will work with cross-functional teams to design, implement and refine features that enhance our e-commerce capabilities and ensure our mobile platforms are intuitive, efficient and scalable. Your expertise in Flutter and mobile technology will enable us to create solutions that streamline the booking process and improve the overall travel experience for our customers and stakeholders.

CHALLENGE

Together with your team you take the customer view first and raise the bar in delivering business travel solutions:

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of our mobile app interfaces, using Flutter to ensure seamless integration with backend systems and a consistent user experience across both iOS and Android platforms..
• Work with UX/UI designers to transform design concepts into functional and visually compelling Flutter applications, ensuring a high quality user interface that aligns with business goals.
• Work in cross-functional teams to develop features from concept to deployment, with a focus on customer-centric innovation.
• Maintain high-quality software development practices by conducting thorough code reviews, integrating automated testing, and using continuous integration to improve code quality and application stability.
• Stay up to date with new technologies and approaches to mobile development technologies to continually improve our applications and development processes.
• Drive innovation by contributing new ideas for our processes, tools, and technologies that leverage Flutter's capabilities to enhance our mobile application offerings.

FOR THIS EXCITING MISSION YOU ARE EQUIPPED WITH...

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years experience in mobile application development with at least 2 years specifically using flutter.
• Demonstrated ability to design, build and maintain mobile applications for both iOS and Android using Flutter.
• Proficiency in integrating REST APIs and using version control systems like Git.
• Strong skills in writing unit and integration tests in Flutter.
• Experience with performance tuning and optimization in mobile applications.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, including close collaboration with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers.
• A strong inclination towards staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in mobile development.
• Fluency in English, spoken and written

The attractive remuneration is in line with the market and, in addition to a fixed monthly salary, all necessary work equipment and mobility, will also include an annual or multi-year bonus.
